Questions
Which Macs does it run on?
For now, only Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 or later).
Does Mixbird come with music?
No. Mixbird works with your own music files: MP3, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, M4A, AAC, OGG and Apple Lossless. It doesn't play from services like Spotify.
What happens when the trial ends?
You're not charged automatically. Your account returns to the Free plan and your library stays.
Do I need internet?
Not on the Free plan. A Pro license works offline for 14 days and renews itself when you reconnect.
My controller isn't listed. Will it still work?
You can map most devices that send MIDI with Learn mode in Settings.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
